How much does delivery cost?
Free on orders over R1000 value and a flat rate of R150 on all orders below R1000 value.

No, you are welcome to send us an email or give us a call to discuss your requirements.
How can I pay for my purchase?
1. EFT (Electronic funds transfer / internet bank transfer) This is the preferred method of payment as it is totally safe and secure and avoids unnecessary bank charges and credit card charges. Bank account details will be provided at checkout.
2. CASH DEPOSITS can be made at the bank. Please use your order number as the reference and fax or email us the deposit slip.
Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
Sound products usually carry a 12 month limited repair guarantee (unless otherwise stated) and Lighting products carry a 6 month limited guarantee against latent manufacturing defaults, excluding normal wear and tear or negligent use. Due to the nature of the products, loudspeakers and globes cannot be guaranteed.
How do I return faulty goods for repair?
If an item purchased from us is defective or fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, it may be returned for repair
Please make use of the "RETURNS FORM" and fill out this form completely with as much details of the fault as possible
Any warranty repairs are carried out by the manufacturers official representative in South Africa and by trained technicians.
After the warranty period, the manufacturers representative in South Africa will still provide a repair service by a trained technician subject to a fee.
